I’m delighted to relaunch my monthly workshop programme, running on Wednesdays from early March 2025. If you want to learn how I have created, planted, and am maintaining my fledgling garden, join me for an enjoyable morning here at The Garden Cottage, my new home near Petworth, once a month throughout 2025.

Each workshop will show you exactly what to do and when to do it, using practical examples from my own working garden: what to plant, what to prune, and how to carry out each task for that month.

I am thrilled to be running this workshop alongside my colleague and dear friend, Liz Rentzsch. Liz and I both earned our Garden Design Diplomas from The English Gardening School, and we collaborate on design projects whenever possible. Liz is an award-winning garden designer, having received a silver medal at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show in 2013. With years of expertise in both gardening and garden design, Liz and I will be ready to answer any questions you bring to the workshops.

Each morning begins at 10am with coffee and a light breakfast at The Garden Cottage, followed by a tour of the garden to see which plants are at their best that month. After the tour, we’ll dive into practical lessons on how to enhance your own garden, making it a source of beauty, inspiration, and envy!
